gn:act_widgetIncreaseCounter
gn:act_widgetIncreaseCounter is used to add +1 to number stored in @+id/targetWidget
The target widget must contain a numeric integer value.

- any widget
- Event trigger for action
- no event, must be used in action set or conditional action.

- Additional required attributes on bound widget
