;first name*:The employee NFC card of the renting member of staff must be scanned to fill this text field.<br>

;last name*:The employee NFC card of the renting member of staff must be scanned to fill this text field.<br>

;the rental equipment is damaged:This box should be checked if there is already damage to the item being rented.<br>

;damages:Any damage to the item being rented should be recorded in this text box.<br>
:This is not mandatory.<br>

;battery / fuel cell must be recharged / refuelled:This box should be checked if the battery or fuel cell needs to be recharged.<br>

This option allows the user to record the return of an item of equipment that has been rented.<br>

;equipment ID*:The equipment QR code must be scanned here.<br>
:This is mandatory, and it will fill in the equipment ID field.<br>

;equipment*:This field is filled in when the equipment QR code is scanned.<br>
:This information is mandatory.<br>

;first name renting person:When the QR code of the rented item is scanned, the first name of the renter is automatically filled in here.<br>

;last name renting person:When the QR code of the rented item is scanned, the last name of the renter is automatically filled in here.<br>

;first name returning person*:The employee NFC card of the returning member of staff must be scanned to fill this text field.<br>

;last name returning person*:The employee NFC card of the returning member of staff must be scanned to fill this text field.<br>

;new damages exist:If new damages have been caused to the item being returned, this box should be checked.<br>

;new damages at return:The details of any new damages at return should be entered in this text field.<br>

;weight*: The weight of the item must be entered here as a valid decimal or whole number.<br>

;comments:The user can enter comments in this text field.<br>

;save equipment master data:The user can use this button to save the equipment record.<br>
:If the data is saved successfully, a success message will appear and the app will return to the main screen.<br>

:This card must be scanned to create an employee ID, or edit employee details.<br>

;first name*:The user must enter the employee's first name in this text field.<br>

;last name*:The user must enter the employee's last name in this text field.<br>

;department*:The user must enter the employee's department in this text field.<br>

;save employee master data:The user can use this button to save the employee details.<br>
:If the data is saved successfully, a success message will appear and the app will return to the main screen.<br>
